The Petzl PODIUM is a comfortable work seat for rope access technicians and other professionals who work suspended for long periods. The work seat is designed as additional support while suspended in a harness and combines a wide seat with a stable construction for prolonged use.
Comfort and stability
The wide seat provides a high level of stability during prolonged suspension. The rigid side sections prevent the straps from pressing into the thighs, improving comfort during longer tasks.
Flexible attachment and durable construction
The PODIUM can be connected to a harness in three ways: directly to shackles with T-BARs, with accessory carabiners such as the MINO, or with connectors on the loops at the ends of the straps. The self-locking DOUBLEBACK buckles make adjustment straightforward. The replaceable covering and reusable metal plate support a more durable product construction.
