Delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium
SafetyPro does not charge delivery charges in the Netherlands and Belgium for orders of €75.00 or more, excluding VAT.
For orders up to €75.00, we charge a fee of €6.95 incl. VAT.

Collection from a PostNL collection point near you
As well as having your parcel delivered to your home, you can also choose to have your order delivered to a PostNL collection point.
You can select a collection point during the ordering process. This option is available under the ‘delivery address’ section. You’ll then see all the collection points in your area, the distance to each one and their opening hours. As soon as your order arrives at your chosen location, you’ll receive an email from PostNL. From that point, you’ll have 6 days to collect your order. Don’t have time to collect your parcel yourself? You can arrange for someone else to collect it on your behalf; this person must carry valid ID and be able to provide your address.

If you’re unable to collect your order within this period, it will automatically be returned to us.

In stock and ordered before 17:00? Delivered tomorrow!
If we receive your order and payment before 5.00 pm on working daysand the items you’ve ordered are in stock, your order will be dispatched the very same day. Within the Netherlands, this is usually delivered the next day (except Sundays) by PostNL.

PostNL does not deliver to some business addresses on Saturdays, but on the next working day. This usually applies to companies or organisations that are closed at the weekend.

Delivery in Europe
It is possible to dispatch orders to addresses throughout Europe. Please contact us a to discuss the options and rates.

Exceptions to the above conditions are consignments which, due to their total weight and/or volume, must be sent per pallet or via a different courier service.

Large parcels
An order is considered a large parcel if the parcel is longer than 170 cm, weighs more than 30 kg, or if the consignment consists of several parcels whose combined weight requires it to be sent on a pallet (50 kg or more).

Surcharges
The amounts listed below are exclusive of VAT.

• The rates for a pallet consignment are as follows:
  • Netherlands: €65.00
  • Belgium: €90.00
  • Wadden Islands and the rest of Europe on request

The surcharge for a large parcel depends on its size and weight; prices are available on request.

You can return your order via this page. For business purchases, we would prefer to speak to you by telephone before the product is returned. In some cases, we order products especially for you that are not listed on our website, products are made to measure, or products are linked to an activation date. In these cases, we will not accept the return. The other rules regarding returns are:

• 30-day cooling-off period
• The item must be 100% unused and in its original packaging
• You must arrange delivery to our returns address yourself
