Ikar Flexible HWS

The IKAR Flexible HWS fall arrester are extremely robust fall arrester for fall protection, equipped with a steel cable and an integrated fall arrestor.

The rotating anchor point follows the movements of the user, preventing the fall line from twisting.

Specifications

• Equipped with an integrated fall absorber
• Choice of aluminium* or plastic housing (aluminium on request)
• Equipped with steel cable (galvanised)
• Equipped with a rotating (swivel) anchor point as standard
• Suitable for both horizontal and vertical use
• Tested for falls over a sharp edge (CNB 11.060 2008 sharp edge type A, edge radius r ≥ 0.5 mm)
• Equipped with an integrated aluminium double-action safety carabiner as standard (other types of hooks available on request)
• Supplied without carabiner for anchoring
• Maximum user weight: 136 kg
• Model with aluminium housing is available in 6 different lengths:
  4.5 m (2.7 kg), 6.0 m (3.0 kg), 9.0 m (3.7 kg), 12.0 m (5.4 kg), 18.0 m (6.9 kg) and 24.0 m (8.4 kg)
• Model with plastic housing is available in 7 different lengths:
  3.0 m (1.9 kg), 4.5 m (2.1 kg), 6.0 kg (2.5 kg), 9.0 m (3.2 kg), 12.0 m (4.9 kg), 18.0 m (6.3 kg) and 24.0 m (7.3 kg)
