Harken R27 INCAR Trolley

The Harken R27 Incar Trolley Black \\u2013 Curved Rail, Swing Shackle is a compact trolley for use on Harken 27 mm access rails in fall-arrest and rope access systems. The trolley functions as a mobile anchor point for fall arrest or as a movable suspension point for rope access operations and is specifically designed to pass tight curves of up to 90° without interrupting the user’s travel. The housing protects the ball bearing system from external contamination to ensure reliable performance in industrial environments. The R27 INCAR variants are EU certified in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and EN 795:2012 Type B.

Compact trolley with swing shackle
The trolley features a swing shackle that aligns the load with the rail direction. This provides a secure and stable connection for fall-arrest and rope access equipment, including when the rail changes direction.

Suitable for 90° bends in 27 mm access rail
Only the INCAR1-CURVE and INCAR2-CURVE trolleys are designed to run smoothly through 90° bends in Harken 27 mm access rails. This makes the trolley suitable for complex rail layouts along façades, under canopies or inside industrial facilities.

Protected bearing system for industrial use
The design helps to prevent external dirt entering the ball bearing system. This keeps the travel smooth and predictable, which is essential for both fall-arrest and rope access applications in dusty or dirty conditions.

Integrated in the Harken R27 rail and anchor system
The trolley is compatible with specific Harken 27 mm access rails (IN1643, IN1650, INR27.LS) and forms part of a complete, certified anchor system.
