EZYiD RFiD Sticker

The EZYiD RFID Sticker is designed for tagging helmets, harnesses, ropes, absorbers and other fall protection products that have a label or flat surface measuring at least 25x25 mm. The sticker can be slightly bent so that it can be stuck to the end of a rope.

Strong industrial adhesive layer
The EZYiD RFiD Sticker has a strong industrial adhesive layer, so that the sticker stays in place and cannot be removed from the product. Naturally, the adhesive layer is made without plasticisers, so products remain completely intact and are not negatively affected by these stickers.

Reading data
Reading the data on the EZYiD RFID Tag is quick and easy using the EZYiD RFID Reader. A major advantage is that the data can also be read on site, which is very practical for PPE that is located in a wind turbine or tower crane, for example. The reader can be connected to a laptop, computer, tablet or mobile phone via Bluetooth.

Software
EZYiD RFID can be combined with Excel, your own administration software programme or with specially designed PPE management systems such as Syndustry Equipment.

Please note that the sticker must not be folded in half or bent at a sharp angle, as this will damage the RFID antenna. When using these stickers on rope, it is advisable to place heat-shrink tubing around the rope after application to ensure that the sticker is well protected during use.
