The 3M DBI Sala Davit Mast Extensions High Capacity are extensions in 4 different fixed lengths for attaching a Davit arm. The small and large Davit arms, High Capacity, may only be used with one extension.
Different lengths
This extension is available in 4 fixed lengths:
- 53 cm
- 84 cm
- 114 cm
- 144 cm
The lengths refer to the green part of the pole; the metal-coloured piece is 15.2 cm long and is the part that goes into the pole base, see also images.
Direct attachment
The 3M DBI Sala Davit Mast Extensions High Capacity extensions can be easily and quickly inserted directly into a fixed or mobile mast base.
NB. For Davit systems manufactured before February 2019, a separate adapter (DBI Sala Davit Base Adapter) is required to ensure that the mast fits into the mast base. Please contact us for more information.
