The Spanset DSL 3 is a compact double automatic fall arrest block (2 x 2 metres) specially designed for fall protection for scaffolders and weighs only 2.2 kg.
Fall arrest block 2 x 2 metres
This double line consists of two mini fall arrest blocks, each with a maximum length of 2 metres. The lines follow the user's movements and retract automatically. This reduces both the fall factor and the fall height and prevents tripping hazards.
Fall factor 2 - 140 kg
The Spanset DSL 3 double fall arrest lanyard is suitable for users weighing up to 140 kg and for fall factors 0 - 1 and 2 (fall factor 2 = attachment of fall arrest lanyard hooks at foot height). Consult the user manual for the minimum required free fall space.
Complete with fall arrestor
The DSL 3 fall arrest lanyard is equipped with a fall arrestor that absorbs the forces released on the body up to (maximum) 6 kN. The fall arrest lanyard comes complete with 2 scaffolding hooks, fall arrestor and aluminium carabiners to attach the fall arrest lanyard to the back point of the fall arrest harness. The fall arrestor is attached to the harness by means of a sturdy Velcro fastener.
