The Sena Cast Headband is a professional hearing protector with integrated Mesh 3.0 Intercom communication, designed for use in noisy, complex industrial environments such as construction and rope access. It offers full-duplex, hands-free communication, enhances safety through active ambient awareness, and provides excellent sound attenuation (SNR 34 dB for the over-the-head version). The Cast supports group communication (up to 24 users), open networks (up to 1.1 km range) and compatibility with two-way radios. Ruggedly built and glove-friendly, it offers up to 12 hours of operation via swappable lithium polymer battery or optional AAAs. CE certified and compliant with EN 352-1:2020.
