The Latchways Towerlatch is a mobile fall arrest device suitable for use on vertical Latchways "Mansafe for Towers" steel cable runs.
The Towerlatch moves smoothly up and down with the user and locks immediately in the event of a fall.
Specifications:
- Can be installed at any desired section of the steel cable route (i.e. not just at the start or end, see also video)
- Safety is not affected by changing weather conditions such as snow, frost, rain, etc.
- In the event of a fall, the TowerLatch locks immediately
- Must be attached to the sternal (chest) attachment point of the harness
