HSGM Rope cutter with point

The HSGM rope cutter with tip is ideal for cutting synthetic ropes, such as our polyester lifting ropes, prusik lines and climbing ropes, to size. The rope is sealed immediately after cutting, preventing fraying. The tip of the rope cutter is included as standard and is replaceable.

Use
The rope cutter needs a few seconds to heat up the blade; after 8 seconds, the blade is hot enough to cut the rope. You can then press the rope cutter through the rope with a cutting motion to cut the rope to the desired length. An integrated light ensures good visibility while cutting the rope. The rope cutter is suitable for cutting multiple ropes in succession for up to 10 minutes continuously. The fumes released during rope cutting must be removed immediately.
