Cobra Expanding Insert 2t/4t S

The Expanding Insert Cobra 2t/4t S is suitable for use with the Cobra 2t and 4t systems. This insert enlarges the cable’s contact area with the branch base, reducing surface pressure caused by wind loads. As a result, damage to the bark and cambium is effectively prevented and girdling is avoided. The pointed ends enable quick and easy insertion. The insertion point is determined by adding 20 cm to the circumference of the branch. The required insert length should be at least 2/3 of the branch’s circumference; select the appropriate length from the Cobra range.
