The Rollgliss R350 from 3M DBI Sala is an efficient hoisting and descent system, suitable for access to and rescue from confined spaces, among other things.
Hoisting advantage and rope lengths
The RollGliss R350 is available in standard hoisting systems with a reduction of 3:1 or 5:1. The rope lengths that you can order online are standard lengths. Below is an overview of the corresponding working lengths:
- Reduction 3:1 with a rope length of 30 m gives an effective hoist height of 7.5 m
- Reduction 3:1 with a rope length of 60 m gives an effective hoist height of 15 m
- A reduction of 5:1 with a rope length of 60 m gives an effective hoist height of 10 m

Application
Depending on the chosen hoist advantage, various applications are possible. The following applications are recommended:

Customise
On request, the necessary pulleys and lines are available separately so that you can assemble your own hoist set. The RollGliss R350 can easily be expanded (or simplified) to a different reduction ratio.
