The Duraline from Petzl is a semi-static kernmantle rope with a diameter of 10.5 mm. The rope is standardised in accordance with EN 1891 type A and is therefore compatible with most common industrial climbing hardware. The sheath is made of aramid, which makes the rope highly resistant to heat.
Aramid sheath
Thanks to the aramid sheath, the rope is much more resistant to high temperatures. Please refer to the manual for more information on using the rope or contact us.
EN1891 type A
Unlike many other safety lines with an Aramid sheath, this line is type A certified. This means that the line can be used with the most common hardware. Examples include the Petzl Asap, Petzl Asap Lock, Petzl Rig and Petzl IDs.
