The IKAR Tripod DB-A2 is a transportable aluminium tripod for professional users requiring an anchor device for personal fall protection equipment. This model is suitable for up to two people and has been tested to EN 795:2012 Type B and CEN/TS 16415:2013. The DB-A2 combines a compact transport position with a height-adjustable structure and can be equipped with suitable optional brackets and equipment for lifting people and loads.
Tool-free assembly and compact transport position
The aluminium structure can be assembled within a few minutes without tools. In its transport position, it measures 1498 mm high and 316 mm wide. This makes the DB-A2 practical for transport and storage between different operating locations. It weighs 24 kg.
Adjustable height and expandable equipment options
The operating height is adjustable from 1439 to 2414 mm. Hinged rubber feet help provide a stable set-up. Optional brackets are available for adding IKAR HRA rescue devices or suitable personnel and load winches. For redirecting steel wire ropes up to Ø 6 mm, IKAR recommends the optional 41-Z20 pulley.
