The Notch Rigging block is available in two versions: a compact 1/2" version for lines up to 13 mm and a medium-sized 5/8" version for lines up to 16 mm in diameter. Both blocks are designed for professional use in tree care and industrial applications where controlled lowering of loads is necessary. The rigging block is characterised by high WLL values (20 kN for 1/2", 25 kN for 5/8") and a solid, lightweight construction with hot-forged aluminium side plates and stainless steel axles. The wide, rope-friendly sheaves and protective side plates minimise wear on lines and ensure safe use in harsh conditions. The block complies with ASME B30.26.
Optimised sling protection thanks to high side walls
A raised side wall on the anchor side protects the sling from wear and extends its service life compared to standard constructions.
Easy and safe to open locking mechanism
Both variants are equipped with a robust locking screw or pin lock for quick and secure installation, even when wearing gloves.
