Recall: Ridgegear RGA5

Ridgegear has found some blocks to have cracked brake discs. No accidents have been reported, but as a precaution they are doing a recall on all blocks in service. No other model of RIDGEGEAR fall arrest blocks is affected.
If you have any Ridgegear RGA5 fall arrest blocks, they should be removed from service immediately.
