A limited number of units of the H500-Series Harnesses produced at the Nabeul, Tunisia facility between March 1, 2025, and June 30, 2025 may have been assembled with incorrect webbing routing through the front/sternal D-ring and/or leg buckles, posing a serious safety risk. This deviation may severely limit or even completely disable the safety function of the harness in the event of a fall from height. In specific circumstances, the front/sternal D-ring and leg buckles may not be able to withstand the necessary load requirements. This could result in serious, potentially fatal, injuries.

Please stop using the H500 harness that you purchased immediately and follow the steps below to check whether your product is potentially affected.

If your product is identified as affected, please continue to refrain from using it. In this case, we kindly ask you to contact us (contact details below). You will be informed by e-mail about the specific procedure for return.

First, locate the manufacturing label on your H500-series harness model.

Step 1: Article Number

Please check whether the Article Number indicated on your product is included in the table above.

• If the Article Number on the manufacturing label of your H500 product is not listed in the table above, the unit is compliant—no further action needed.
• If the Article Number on the manufacturing label of your H500 product is listed in the table above, proceed to Step 2

Step 2: Manufacturing location

Please check where your product was produced.

• If the label states, "Made in Slovakia," the unit is compliant—no further action is needed.
• If it states, "Made in Tunisia", please proceed to Step 3

Step 3: Manufacturing date

Please check if your product was produced between March 1, 2025, and June 30, 2025, if yes, please contact us (contact details below).

• If the manufacturing date indicated on the label of your product is outside the date range stated above, the unit is compliant—no further action is needed. You may continue to use the harness.
• If it is INSIDE the date range stated directly above —please contact us (contact details below).

Honeywell Fall Protection France SAS will examine the returned products. If your harness is not affected, we will of course return it to you as quickly as possible and free of charge. If your harness is found to be affected by the safety issues described above, Honeywell Fall Protection France SAS will contact you immediately and provide one of the following remedies free of charge:

1.Repair of the affected harness to restore full compliance with the applicable safety and performance requirements; or
