Friction device for rigging rope, specially developed for professional tree care work and light felling operations. The FTC Tree Micro-cylinder 2.1 is the most compact and lightweight friction system in its class and is suitable for the controlled holding and lowering of sawn branches or trunks. Made entirely of aluminium, preventing overheating or rope damage. The device is equipped with rubber buffers for extra stability, a round ring for easy looping and two guides that hold ropes in place and prevent overlapping. The symmetrical design allows for both right- and left-handed operation. Complies with Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE.
Compact and lightweight design
Weighing only 1.7 kg, it is easy to transport and can be used for smaller felling operations.
Optimisation of rope guidance
Two guides prevent rope overlap; round ring allows for various rigging configurations.
